 Godzilla from Bandai
I've been wanting a large size Godzilla figure for my collection for quite some time but really hadn't found anything...until now. I searched on eBay for Godzilla 1962 and this is one of the items that came up. It is from the now defunct Bandai Museum in Japan. The cost?...$85 and looks to be on par with the more expensive XPlus figures, which usually go for $250 and up. I saw one other listing for the exact same figure but the guy was asking for $250.Apparently, the guy I bought this from really didn't know what a collector's item he had.

Someone on YouTube has this one as well

Not bad considering this is in a 'popy' package

Since it's so highly collectable, will he stay in his packaging?

Very cool, BTW! He looks exactly right for the 1962 suit. Wondering if they made a Kong to go with it.

I've seen a Kong but not from the same line. Not sure if it will remain in the package. I could easily sell it for $250+ on eBay. Once I get my new Youtube channel up, I'll be doing a review.

In terms of taking out of the package, it isn't like other popy figures where you have to rip the plastic bubble off. The cardboard backing slides out, so taking it out and repackaging it is pretty simple.

Pictures really don't do it justice. It's a solid figure.
