Sorry to bring up a bunch of sad memories guys. But I am glad to get a bit of history with this thread, I mean I only saw the commercials for this add on tv and it had such a lifetime impact, I can only imagine actually going there as a kid. I grew up in New Hampshire and all the cool stuff going on was in Mass at the time. So It was hard talking my mom into long drives for such things. but im glad I brought It up, because you guys let me in on a topic that was clear to see, pretty special!! Thanks! :D

That's funny, GJ.....you're in Manchester, right? When I was a kid growing up in Claremont (NH), it was Manchester and Nashua to me that were the cool places I had to beg my mother to drive me to! I have very fond memories of Chuck E. Cheese and Collector's Heaven trips in my youth...

I don't recall the J&S ad specifically, but if it was run as often as the Precision Motor Rebuilders spot, I must've seen it. Oh how I wish YouTube could come through and refresh my memory on this, like it has on so many other things....

I have very fond memories of chuck e cheeses the way it used to be back in the day. I take my kids now, but it just doesn't seem to have that same magic it once had. Or mabey Im just to old. Bring back the "KING". :)

Hello from Waltham. JnS is still there. The best bet is call them. I think the guy that runs the store is the original owner. Older man but you might have some luck. If not I think his family will have it somewhere.

ANd Mr. Big. Sad that it is gone. Sucks really. And up till a few months ago was in touch with Aurthur Sandberg (Mr. Big) by email. But lost touch with him. He did say his Wife was very sick for a while. Will try and touch base with them again. But who knows.

There is still Outer Limits on Moody Street. They kinda took over where Mr. Bigs left off. Great comic shop with a lot of vintage toys books and items.

Yup still do here. Great guy. You ask him to find you something he has it or something like it or can get it for you.
