Wow, that's very COOL! I'm surprised that they'd do something like this. It seems more likely that they'd split up the Gamera movies over a number of sets to make sure that everyone interested in giant monster movies would buy multiple sets (with unrelated movies they might not be as interested in). What a great idea and I'm glad they're doing this! "MST3K vs Gamera"--classic!

I have to admit that, because of the price of these sets, i've never bought one. I was tempted when they started adding those little figurines of the 'bots, but still couldn't shell out the money. I wonder if this Gamera set might just be the one to get me to finally pick one up!

Deep Discount had this as one of their one-day specials a while back. Unfortunately it was STILL a bit too much for me to spend at the time. I would definitely love to pick this up someday...

I ordered mine from Amazon for about $32 and it arrived yesterday. Luckily it was may day off so I spent all night watching all five films. Unfortunately, one of the master tapes they created the DVD's from had some 'static' which could not be avoided
