UPDATE: I visited her the other day while they were doing physical therapy. She was semi-conscience and in a tremendous amount of pain. She opened her eyes and looked straight at me and had no idea who I was.

UPDATE:
They are moving her to a Hospice Hospital tomorrow where she will not be on any form of life support so she can pass more easily. They are however doing a great job with pain management so she is not suffering.

She passed away this morning at 1215am (Central Time)
I wish to thank you all for your kind words and support.
She went peacefully. My sister was with her.
Funeral services are pending.

My sister had to handle most of the arrangements today because my step-sister is a total wreck, understandably so.
