Hello again, it's me.
I'm wondering if anyone on here
can recall a movie from the early
70's, a horror flick, about a (somewhat)
Carrie-ish girl with some sort of
psionic powers to control "luck" around
people near her; in the movie she tended
to use this to cause someone who had
mistreated her in someway to die.
There was a lot in the film, as fuzzy as
my memory may be, about this girl
using snakes to attack a few people.
There's also a disturbing scene, in a dark,
or dimly-lit gymnasium, where the girl
psionically "causes" a girl to fall from a great
height into the water and die.
Does any of this ring any bells?

I did some searching and the only movie I found with any type of match to OP's movie is called Cathy's Curse (AKA Cauchemares). It was made around 1977, I think, and by peoples' reviews it sounds MST-worthy  IMDB: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0075820/
