I hope this'll be good. Otherwise they'll have to reboot it again in a couple years...

 Re: Superman:Man of Steel
i have a bad feeling about this one.

the problem with the last superman boot is they really gave us nothing new and it sounds like more of the same here.

they need to give us superman with a different bad guy that hasn't been on the big screen before.

brainiac or darksied would be perfect.

 Re: Superman:Man of Steel
At first I liked SUPERMAN RETURNS, but the more I realized that it was more or less a re-make of SUPERMAN: THE MOVIE, the less I enjoyed it.

Unfortunately it looks like the makers of this new film are sticking with the muted colors for Superman's costume that Singer used in that last film, which I thought gave it a dreary look.

As a side note, a particular recent trend in Hollywood that's been driving me insane is present in this film as well, and that's the casting of British actors faking an American accent in nearly EVERYTHING. I have no problem with British actors, and in fact probably watch more contemporary UK TV than US. What I find so strange is that nearly every major film and TV show produced these days features at least one British actor faking an American accent. Actors doing this is nothing new, but the frequency with which it's been happening over the last couple of years feels strange to me. Maybe it's cheaper to use British actors (non-union?) or something? I feel like Jim Carrey in THE NUMBER 23....I've seen this pattern, and now I can't NOT see it. Anyway, I find it odd that the three biggest American comic book superheroes are all now played by British actors......Batman (Christian Bale), Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield), and Superman (Henry Cavill).

One thing I'll give this new film (knowing nothing about it, really) is that it's at least a sequel and not a dreaded [word that Hollywood is obsessed with for the last few years and I can't stand to hear anymore...rhymes with "cahoot"]. Why more film franchises don't just make new films that are "the continuing adventures of" and not starting over again is beyond me.

I am not sure but I have heard some rumors that this is not the actual costume he'll be wearing. If this film does well, hopefully they'll bring in Doomsday for the sequel
