I see this as good for Marvel (which of the two is the one I have any interest in). Disney has extremely deep pockets and this can only insure more comicbook based movies and more exposure in the future.
I say good---so long Disney keeps the Marvel world separate. I don't want to see any "Disney-fied" Marvel characters or movies. I should hope thay are smart enough not to do that.
