A straight to DVD movie from DC.

Lex Luthor has been elected President and puts a One Billion Dollar bounty on Superman's head for not being a 'team player' and joining him against other heros that act outside the law. While at the same time a large kryptonite meteor is heading towards the Earth. While teaming up with Batman to prove Superman's innocence in the death of Metallo, who was given a Presidential Pardon from Luther and now a Secret Service Agent, they are attacked by super villains and other super heros-including and Hawkman and Captain Marvel.

Same voices as Justice League
Kevin Conroy as Batman
Tim Daly as Superman
and Clancy Brown as Lex Luthor
